Refund and Returns Policy

At Nut N Dates, we take great pride in offering premium-quality nuts and dates that are pure, fresh, and hygienically packed.
Every product undergoes strict quality checks before it reaches you. However, if there’s ever an issue with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item

If your order qualifies for a return or replacement, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at contact@nutndates.com.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at contact@nutndates.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Mention your Order ID, attach clear photos of the product and packaging, and briefly describe the issue.
  3. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per the situation.

Please note:

  • The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
  • Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer
  • Orders placed under special offers, discounts, or gift hampers

4. Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 days, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us again.


5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped.
  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.

To cancel your order, email support@nutndates.com with your Order ID as soon as possible.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, tampered, or incorrect, please:

  • Take clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Share them with us via email within 48 hours of delivery

We’ll quickly review and arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
